Client Responsibilities
By booking a consultation with Styled by Sonia, clients agree to communicate openly about their style preferences, needs, and any specific concerns. Each session is tailored to individual desires and requirements, ensuring a personalized experience. Timely arrival for appointments is expected, allowing for optimal use of session time. Additionally, clients acknowledge that while every effort will be made to achieve desired results, outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances and preferences. This understanding forms the basis for a productive stylist-client relationship.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and commitment to Styled by Sonia. Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to allow others the opportunity for booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee, equivalent to 50% of the service charge. This policy helps us maintain a consistent and dependable schedule. Our aim is to accommodate all clients’ needs, and understanding these terms will contribute to a fabulous styling experience. Thank you for your support and consideration.
Limitation of Liability
Styled by Sonia will take great care in providing services and advice; however, we cannot guarantee specific results. By engaging with our services, clients agree to use personal discretion and responsibility in implementing stylist recommendations. Any dissatisfaction with results must be discussed with the stylist within 48 hours of the completed service. Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction, and we encourage open feedback. Styled by Sonia is not liable for any personal decisions made post-consultation or associated events resulting from stylist advice.
